Keep in mind....If you schedule an appointment, it is your responsibility to have your animal to our facility between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. the morning of your appointment. Appointment cancelations will result in forfeiting all scheduled appointments and not receiving future appointments. Due to the volume of customers and animals, we do not allow appointments to be swapped or given to someone else. Animals will only be accepted if ALL cutting instructions have been submitted online.
