When sending your cutting instructions for your beef or pork, you simply fill in the information in each box, check the two boxes at the bottom of the page, and a message will appear confirming that we have received your instructions. Thank You!

Our online questionnaire is designed to make placing your order easier whether it's your first time or you bring us beef each week. The online format allows you to pick and choose what products are best for you, and it explains package sizes and any extra fees. You can submit your instructions 24 hours a day, so no need to wait until normal business hours. As long as we have the instructions the week before the animal arrives, we take care of the rest.
We dry age your beef for 14-21 days. After that, it is processed, packaged, labelled, and sent into the freezer. Any specialty products that require smoking can add a couple days to the process. You will receive a text message at the number you provided with your cutting instructions to let you know we've completed your order.
We can hold your order for up to one week from the day you are notified that it is complete. There is a daily storage fee after the week is up as we simply don't have the space in our freezer to store it any longer.
Your order will be brought out to you and placed in your vehicle. It is packaged in heavy cardboard boxes with tags on each box that identify it as yours, and also if it contains burger, steaks, roasts, or specialty products.
