Unlike meat markets and custom processors, we are a USDA  facility with a fulltime inspector.  This means we are able to buy local animals from local producers, and sell them in our cooler and freezer cases.  

While we do not process poultry or seafood at our facility, we are extremely particular about what products we carry.   Don't see something you are craving?  Let us know!  We will see if it is something we can bring in.
